Return and Exchange Policy

We care about your satisfaction. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.

  2. A different product was sent instead of the one ordered.

  3. The product does not match the specifications listed on the product page.

Note: The product will be inspected before processing the return. Once the issue is confirmed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Second: Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted

  • If perfumes or cosmetics have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.

  • If the packaging of an electronic item (such as a hairdryer or straightener) has been opened or the item has been operated.

  • If any original parts or accessories are missing or have been tampered with.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the order.


Third: Refund Method

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the approval date.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the store is at fault (wrong or damaged product).


Fourth: Return Procedure

  1. The customer must contact our customer service to submit a return request and state the reason.

  2. After reviewing and approving the request, the authorized shipping company will be arranged to collect the product.
